Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong office management skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency with various computer applications. This role is vital in maintaining smooth daily operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring efficient administrative workflows. The position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and multitasking are essential.
Duties.
- Answer the telephone, transfer calls, take and deliver messages.
- Greet visitors and guest and provide direction and/or connection to the right person.
- Enter daily census into computer system, prepare reports, and submit end of month summary to Administrator.
- Ensure there is an ample supply of forms used and make copies as needed. Maintain business office supplies, and order supplies as necessary, keeping within budget.
- Provide clerical support to include: typing, filing, copying, data entry, and record keeping to the Administrator and other Directors, and Nursing Staff.
- Receive and distribute mail and insure outgoing mail is mailed daily.
- Meet with new employees to complete initial paperwork.
- Create and maintain personnel files and ensure confidentiality of files.
- Obtain the licenses and proof of liability insurance (as appropriate) of professional and contractor staff, and ensure licenses are current and filed in personnel or business files.
- Develop system of organization of records and file maintenance; and ensure organized maintenance of system.
- Complete the date processing of applicable documentation forms.
- Attend in-service trainings, applicable staff development events, and staff meetings.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Administrator.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
