Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Build positive relationships with residents to ensure an exceptional dining experience and resident satisfaction
- Supervise and support servers to ensure quality service and teamwork
- Assist with meal preparation and provide backup support to the cook as needed
- Manage administrative responsibilities including scheduling, timekeeping, and daily task tracking
- Lead daily team huddles to support communication, teamwork, and operational success
- Ensure all closing duties and departmental tasks are completed accurately and efficiently
