Job Description :
As the Marketing Manager at SAYN, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive traffic across various channels (digital, social media, email, etc.).
- Be the brand lead across all other marketing functions — both in brand strategy, promotion and creative
- Manage internal and external marketing calendars
- Oversee marketing project management - keeping milestones and tasks on tight timelines and producing viable workback schedules for creative requests
- Work with brands to build out asset libraries to be shared across direct to consumer and b2b channels
- Manage trade channel marketing including tradeshows and upkeep LinkedIn
- Develop and update sales and marketing collateral on an ongoing basis including new business pitch decks and education materials
- Collaborate with the product and sales teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business goals
- Collaborate with external and internal team members on events to ensure successful brand launches and partnerships
- Analyze market trends and customer behavior to refine and improve marketing strategies
- Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics to senior leadership
- Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, marketing tools, and best practices
