SAYN is opening its first retail location: a luxury beauty store featuring high-end skincare, esthetician treatment rooms, and a dynamic brand-activation space.

We’re hiring an experienced Store Manager to help build this flagship from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily retail spa operations and ensure a seamless luxury customer experience
• Hire, train, and manage the in-store team (sales associates & estheticians)
• Drive sales through clientele, service excellence, and strong product knowledge
• Oversee scheduling, inventory, merchandising, and store presentation
• Support in-store events, brand activations, and partner trainings
• Provide weekly performance insights to leadership
  
  
  

Who You Are

• 3 years management experience in beauty retail or luxury consumer goods.
• Spa management experience a plus.
• Strong leadership, customer service, and organizational skills
• Comfortable building processes and operating in a startup-style environment
• Passion for skincare, luxury beauty, and creating memorable experiences
