What You’ll Do
- Build and manage a pipeline of buyers and sellers
- Conduct 5–22 real estate conversations daily (we’ll show you how)
- Follow proven systems for lead generation and conversion
- Attend team trainings, coaching sessions, and accountability check-ins
- Deliver a high-level client experience from start to finish
