SAYKI is a refined premium menswear brand with nearly a century of heritage. Founded in Istanbul in 1924 under its parent company Hatemoglu — the first private sector ready-to-wear brand in Turkey — SAYKI is a third-generation family business that has been a leading name in men's fashion for over 100 years. Today, we operate nine locations across the United States and continue to grow.

We are seeking an experienced and inspiring Store Manager to lead one of our US locations. This is a leadership role for someone who is as passionate about developing people as they are about driving results. You will be the face of the brand in your store, responsible for building a high-performing team, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and owning the commercial success of your location.

What you can expect:

Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:

• Utilize effective communication skills in training and developing staff, delivering exceptional service to customers, driving business with the merchant group and general problem solving
• Achieve positive results in top line sales, profit and loss management and inventory control
• Establish a goal-oriented selling culture that focuses on relationship selling, building a client base and exceptional service
• Ensure standard operating procedures are executed and policies followed
• Manage personnel activities of staff (i.e. hire, train, appraise, reward, motivate, discipline, etc)
• Monitor performance, provide direction, and take corrective action when needed
• Continually evaluate and react to performance issues and actively recruit candidates
• Exceptional leadership and management skills and the ability to motivate, develop and inspire a team while creating a highly empowered organization
• Ensure all relevant conditions relating to Health & Safety are fulfilled and empower store staff to achieve the highest standards to support store management within this area

Who you are:

• An experienced retail leader with a minimum of 4-5 years in retail management
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and consistently ranking as a top-performing manager
• Experienced in recruiting, training, motivating, and developing retail teams
• Can easily adapt to new CRMs to operate and manage the store.
• Knowledgeable about menswear — tailoring, fabrics, styling, and premium customer service
• Analytically minded with the ability to monitor and act on KPIs to maximize store performance
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel
