Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Speech Language Pathologist at Sayit, Inc. based in Stamford, CT. The role includes responsibilities such as assessing and diagnosing communication disorders, planning and implementing individualized therapy programs, and providing services both in-person and virtually. Tasks also involve collaborating with families, caregivers, and other professionals to enhance effectiveness and monitor progress throughout therapy. Some remote work flexibility is available as part of this position.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Speech Therapy and proficiency in addressing communication disorders
- Experience in managing and treating Speech and Language Disorders
- Knowledge and capability in assessing and addressing Dysphagia
- Strong diagnostic and therapeutic abilities for both Language and Communication Disorders
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and observational skills
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- State licensure in Connecticut or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Experience with community-based therapy models and telehealth services is a plus
