Coffee Shop Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Coffee Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of our newly opened boutique coffee shop: Sayfani Coffee House. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for coffee and hospitality, and the ability to manage staff, inventory, and customer satisfaction. This role is responsible for ensuring a welcoming environment, efficient operations, and high product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the coffee shop, including opening and closing procedures.
• Lead, train, and manage baristas and support staff.
• Maintain high levels of customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every guest.
• Monitor product quality and consistency, including coffee preparation and food items.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain vendor relationships.
• Schedule staff shifts and manage labor costs to meet business needs.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (2-3 years) in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a coffee shop or food service environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment is highly preferred.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of POS systems and inventory software.
• High school diploma or equivalent (additional hospitality or business training is a plus).

Working Conditions:

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Compensation:

• Hourly wage: $20-23 per hour
