This is a full-time on-site role located in Dallas, TX, for an Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) Implementation Consultant. The consultant will manage and oversee all phases of ERP implementation projects, including analyzing business requirements, customizing ERP systems, streamlining business processes, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities include conducting stakeholder meetings, providing training and support, documenting changes, and delivering high-value solutions during the implementation process.
- Proficiency in Business Process optimization and analysis to identify and implement process improvements.
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate organizational needs and translate them into effective ERP solutions.
- Experience with ERP Implementations, including system setup, customization, and deployment.
- Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and their applications in business operations.
- Familiarity with Finance processes relevant to ERP systems, such as accounting and financial reporting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- PMP certification, ERP-specific certifications, or prior industry experience are considered an advantage.
