Overview
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized Concierge to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a memorable experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong knowledge of local attractions and services, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Bilingual or multilingual abilities, hotel or resort experience, and a background in customer service are highly desirable. The Concierge will play a vital role in enhancing guest satisfaction through personalized assistance and seamless service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in/check-out procedures at the front desk
- Provide guests with information about hotel amenities, local attractions, dining options, transportation, and entertainment
- Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, or in person with professionalism and courtesy
- Make reservations for restaurants, tours, transportation, or other guest requests
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly and efficiently
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local events, services, and special offers to enhance guest experiences
- Manage guest relations by addressing concerns or complaints with tact and professionalism
- Assist with administrative tasks such as booking management and record keeping
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel front desk operations, resort concierge services, or restaurant guest services is preferred
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly advantageous to serve diverse clientele effectively
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and phone etiquette skills
- Proven ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in hospitality or related fields such as tourism or resort management is a plus
- Familiarity with local attractions and services enhances the quality of guest recommendations and assistance

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40.0 per week
