Part Time NP or PA ( In person) for a Functional, Longevity and Primary Care Practice

Sayana Medical is a modern concierge practice focused on functional medicine, hormone optimization, and personalized primary care. We prioritize deep, relationship-based care with a strong emphasis on root-cause medicine and high-touch patient experiences.

We are seeking a part-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physicians Assistant (PA) who is passionate about functional medicine, hormone health, and concierge-level primary care. This is a fully in-person role focused on delivering thoughtful, unrushed, and high-quality care.

• See 6–8 patients per day (maximum) in a concierge-style setting
• Evaluate and manage patients in:
• Functional medicine
• Hormone therapy (BHRT experience preferred)
• Primary care
• Accommodate urgent/same-day visits as needed
• Provide personalized, root-cause–driven treatment plans
• Spend approximately 1 hour daily (on non-clinic days):
• Reviewing labs
• Responding to patient portal messages
• Managing follow-ups and care coordination
• Maintain high standards of documentation and continuity of care

• Active NP license (California)
• Experience or strong interest in:
• Functional medicine
• Hormone therapy (BHRT, thyroid, metabolic health)
• Preventive and integrative care
• Strong communication and patient relationship skills
• Comfortable working in a concierge, low-volume, high-touch model
• Self-directed, organized, and detail-oriented
