We are hiring a senior, creative-led Social Media Manager to lead content and brand storytelling across multiple accounts. This is a fully in-office role, based in West Hollywood, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
This is not a junior position. We are looking for someone who can own creative direction end-to-end — from ideation to execution.
The RoleThis is a hands-on creative leadership role.
You will not only develop strategy — you will execute, shoot, and bring ideas to life. You will lead the creative process across social, with a strong focus on YouTube and video-first content, while collaborating closely with video editors and designers.
Creativity is the most important part of this role. If you do not have a strong portfolio, you will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities- Lead creative strategy across all social platforms (with a focus on YouTube)
- Conceptualize and produce original, high-performing content ideas
- Shoot and create content in-house (photo video)
- Build and deliver detailed creative briefs for video editors and designers
- Collaborate closely with video editors and graphic designers to execute vision
- Create content and visual direction using tools like Figma
- Manage feedback and approvals using platforms like Frame.io
- Source music and audio using platforms like Epidemic Sound
- Stay ahead of social trends, formats, and cultural moments — and translate them into brand-relevant content
- Oversee and manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Ensure all content aligns with brand identity, tone, and positioning
- 5 years of experience in social media, content, or digital marketing
- Proven experience growing and managing YouTube channels
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative direction execution (required)
- Experience shooting and producing content (not just strategy)
- Proficiency in Figma (required)
- Experience with Frame.io, Epidemic Sound, and modern content workflows
- Deep understanding of branding at its core — visual identity, storytelling, tone
- Ability to manage multiple projects and move quickly without sacrificing quality
- Strong creative instincts with a clear, elevated point of view
- Fully in-office role in West Hollywood — no remote or hybrid
- Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM
