Description
Say Play Therapy, a speech therapist-owned company, is seeking a full-time speech-language pathologist. Come join a growing team that serves the Berkshire County area. We are seeking therapists interested in working in the clinic setting and/or school setting. This position is full time and the rate is starting at $45/HR.
Qualifications
- Massachusetts Speech and Language Pathology License (currently licensed)
- Masters required in Speech and Language Pathology
- CF’s will be considered
Requirements
- Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary team members
- Energetic, motivated and passionate about speech and language therapy
- Strong work ethic and ability to be flexible
- Willingness to grow and learn
- Possesses excellent oral/written communication and organizational skills
- Ability to make decisions independently and collaborate when needed
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Experience in working with AAC, managing challenging physical and verbal behaviors preferred
