What You’ll Do
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales organization across A&E and multi-family sectors.
- Drive personal sales performance while modeling consultative, relationship-based selling excellence.
- Develop and execute strategic market plans targeting developers, REITs, property owners, and management firms.
- Partner cross-functionally with service leaders to deliver integrated client solutions.
- Lead complex deal cycles and executive-level negotiations.
- Identify and expand growth opportunities across the greater New York metro and emerging regional markets.
- Represent your business segment in executive leadership and strategic planning forums.
What You’ll Bring
- 10 years of sales experience in architecture, engineering, or construction professional services.
- 5 years in sales leadership, with a proven record of leading high-performing teams.
- Track record as a player-coach who balances leadership with personal revenue contribution.
- Strong network within the A&E, real estate development, and property management communities.
- Expertise in consultative, solution-based selling to executive decision-makers.
- Deep understanding of the regulatory environment and compliance-driven industries.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced technical or professional credential (PE, RA) preferred.

Compensation & Structure
- Base salary range: $180K–$200K, commensurate with experience
- Individual commissions team overrides
