The Opportunity
We are partnering with one of our clients to identify a Bilingual Human Resources Manager who brings strong business partnership skills and credibility supporting operational teams in fast-paced, performance-driven environments. This role partners closely with leadership and site teams to support workforce stability, strengthen leadership capability, and execute day-to-day people strategy initiatives that directly support business performance. The ideal candidate understands how to balance business urgency, workforce realities, and employee experience, and can move comfortably between strategic partnership and hands-on execution.
What You’ll Own
Operational HR Business Partnership
- Partner with leadership and site teams to align people strategy with operational goals
- Support workforce planning, team effectiveness, and leadership capability development
- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders managing workforce performance, attendance, engagement, and retention
Employee Relations & Workforce Support
- Manage employee relations matters across multi-level workforce populations
- Conduct investigations and resolve employee issues with professionalism and sound judgment
- Coach leaders through performance management and corrective action processes
- Ensure consistent application of policy and employment law compliance
Talent & Workforce Planning
- Partner with Talent Acquisition on staffing strategies for high-demand or labor-sensitive environments
- Support onboarding and early employee experience initiatives to improve retention and productivity
- Assist leadership teams in developing internal talent pipelines and development plans
People Analytics & Workforce Insights
- Review workforce data to identify trends impacting productivity, turnover, and engagement
- Support reporting and insights for operational and leadership decision-making
- Help drive HR process improvements to support efficiency and consistency
Workforce Programs & Cross-Functional Partnership
- Support workforce training and development initiatives
- Assist with performance management programs and leadership coaching efforts
- Partner cross-functionally to support workplace safety initiatives, compliance programs, and workforce readiness
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 4–7 years progressive HR experience supporting operations-focused or workforce-driven environments preferred
- Experience supporting multi-level workforce populations
- Strong employee relations and investigation experience
- Working knowledge of employment law and compliance best practices
- Experience working with HRIS, ATS, and reporting tools
- Strong communication skills and ability to build trust across leadership and frontline teams
- Bilingual Spanish/English required
