Job Overview
The Photo Booth Manager/Operator will manage the photobooth rental program. Manager/operator will promote event booking and scheduling, oversee the setup, operation, and breakdown of photo booth equipment at events, ensuring a smooth, fun, and memorable experience for guests. This role combines technical know‑how, customer service excellence, and strong organizational skills to manage the program including both the equipment and the guest flow throughout the booking and event.
Responsibilities
- Set up, test, and break down photo booth equipment, lighting, props, and backdrops before and after events.
- Troubleshoot minor technical issues on-site (camera, printer, lighting, software).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe booth area with well‑presented props and signage.
- Manage event timelines, ensuring the booth opens and closes on schedule.
- Provide warm, professional customer service to guests of all ages.
- Coordinate with event hosts, venue staff, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor supply levels (ink, paper, props) and restock as needed.
- Protect equipment and digital files, ensuring proper handling and secure storage.
- Train and supervise additional booth attendants when needed.
- Capture behind‑the‑scenes content for marketing.
- Collect feedback from clients post-event to improve service quality and address any technical issues promptly.
Experience
- Experience in customer service, event operations, photography, or related fields preferred.
- Comfortable working with cameras, tablets, printers, and basic photo software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, engaging presence.
- Ability to lift 25–40 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for event setup times.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks during fast‑paced events.
Preferred Skills
- Basic photography knowledge (lighting, framing, camera settings).
- Experience with customer service, scheduling, event management or hosting.
- Social media familiarity for digital sharing stations.

Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
