Job Description

Saxum is seeking a Client Strategy Intern to support teams responsible for advancing client initiatives and building momentum in the market. This role offers hands-on experience inside a strategic consultancy where brand, communications, and marketing work together to drive measurable outcomes.

As an intern, you will work alongside Saxum’s account, strategy, and creative teams to support campaign coordination, research, content development, and day to day client engagement. You will gain exposure to how strategy turns into coordinated action across marketing, communications, and digital channels.

This Client Strategist Internship Program is designed for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in marketing, communications, and strategic problem-solving. Whether you're a student, recent graduate, or exploring a career path outside of college, this fellowship offers the opportunity to work on meaningful client projects, develop real-world skills, and learn alongside experienced professionals. Through mentorship, collaboration, and hands-on experience, you'll build valuable connections and gain the skills to take the next step in your career.

• Assist in the development and execution of tailored marketing strategies and campaigns.

• Support the client strategy team in maintaining client relationships and facilitating client communications.

• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and collaborate on innovative approaches to meet client objectives.

• Help monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

• Support the coordination and execution of client meetings, presentations, and reports.

• Stay current with industry trends and emerging best practices in marketing and client services.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve problems.

• Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing platforms.

• Strong curiosity and willingness to learn new tools and techniques.

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

• A proactive and enthusiastic attitude, eager to learn and contribute.

• Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, dynamic agency environment.
