We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Securities Trader to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as a key resource for financial advisors, their staff, and clients by handling trade inquiries, executing orders, and ensuring the highest level of service and compliance.You will manage both inbound and outbound calls related to trades, trade corrections, and account activity, requiring strong product knowledge and a disciplined approach to accuracy and regulatory standards.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide responsive, knowledgeable support to financial advisors and their clients, assisting with order placement and resolving trade-related inquiries.Coordinate with clearing and custody partners to address and resolve trade and settlement issues.Manage a high volume of inbound trading and service calls in collaboration with team members.Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements, product guidelines, and firm policies.Preferred Qualifications & SkillsStrong understanding of equity, fixed income, and options markets.Thorough knowledge of market structure, trading rules, and compliance standards.Exceptional attention to detail with proven accuracy in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and client service skills; ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly and confidently.FINRA SIE and Series 7 licenses required (or ability to obtain within one year of hire).Bachelor’s degree preferred.Experience with Bloomberg Terminal a plus.Previous trading desk experience highly desirable.Company DescriptionSaxony is a full-service Broker-Dealer and Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri.
