Proven experience with:
• Experience with Implementing and Supporting a Vendor and in-house developed systems
• Past programming experience with .Net and SQL.
• Knowledge of system development lifecycle and troubleshooting techniques
Top 3 Required Skills:
1) Knowledge of database structures and management systems- high preference for candidates with experience in large, regulated industry environments.
2) Past programming experience with .Net and SQL.
3) Ability to maintain existing applications across various business units and implementing and supporting vendor and in-house developed systems

High Level Project Overview:
Person filling this roll needs a wide breadth of knowledge from application installation both internal and vendor supplied. Understanding of Networks and databases to fine tune performance is needed. This role will encompass applications that are new to the energy industry and applications that are legacy within the Power Generation portfolio. The person is in this role needs to be self-motivated to delve deep into issues to locate solutions for situations that are unique.
Key Responsibilities and Skills:
o System Analysis and Design: Analyze existing systems and business processes to identify requirements and design solutions.
o Software Development: Write, test, and debug programs, ensuring they meet specifications and are functional.
o System Maintenance and Support: Provide ongoing maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting for systems and applications.
o Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with various stakeholders, including business users, other developers, and IT teams, to understand needs and explain technical concepts.
o Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, such as user manuals and system design documents.
o Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve issues within systems and applications.

Education:
