Job Overview
Western & Southern Financial Group is seeking an experienced Sitecore WebOps Consultant to support enterprise websites and customer-facing portals hosted in Azure. This role will focus heavily on Sitecore platform administration, production support, content operations, troubleshooting, release validation, and CI/CD deployments.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a production environment, resolving complex Sitecore issues, supporting content authors and business users, and partnering with development and DevOps teams to ensure reliable website operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support Sitecore XP environments across enterprise websites and customer-facing portals.
- Manage Sitecore content operations, including content publishing, workflows, templates, renderings, and personalization.
- Troubleshoot Sitecore issues involving publishing, rendering, indexing, caching, configuration, and content delivery.
- Provide production support and investigate incidents affecting website availability, functionality, and content delivery.
- Support deployment and release activities across Sitecore environments.
- Work with Azure DevOps to manage builds, releases, deployments, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Perform release validation and post-deployment verification.
- Monitor platform behavior and identify potential Sitecore configuration or performance issues.
- Partner with developers, DevOps engineers, QA teams, content teams, and business stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Support Sitecore content authors and administrators with operational and technical issues.
- Maintain and improve Sitecore operational processes, documentation, and support procedures.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
- Support Sitecore upgrades, migrations, and platform enhancements as required.
Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Sitecore XP administration and support.
- Experience managing Sitecore content, publishing, workflows, templates, and renderings.
- Strong understanding of Sitecore content operations and personalization.
- Proven troubleshooting experience with:
- Publishing issues
- Rendering issues
- Indexing
- Caching
- Sitecore configuration
- Production incidents
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps.
- Experience building or supporting CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong production support experience in enterprise web environments.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum development teams.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Sitecore Forms.
- Experience with Solr and Sitecore search/indexing.
- Knowledge of Sitecore xDB and xConnect.
- Experience with SEO and web accessibility.
- Experience with marketing automation.
- Experience supporting Sitecore content migrations and upgrades.
- Experience with Sitecore solutions hosted in Microsoft Azure.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a hands-on Sitecore WebOps / Sitecore Administrator who can own day-to-day platform operations, troubleshoot production issues, support content publishing, validate releases, and work closely with DevOps and development teams.
Strong experience in Sitecore XP Azure DevOps CI/CD production support is essential.
Salary : $50 - $55
