Title: IT Asset Technician
Location: Onsite Mon, Tues & Fri (24 hrs/week) - Dunwoody GA 30338
Duration: 3 Months Contract

Business Need:
- Ensure laptops are imaged, tagged, packed, and shipped accurately and on time.
- Improve asset tracking and onboarding efficiency for new users.
Key Responsibilities
- Image and configure laptops following company standards
- Apply asset tags and update inventory records
- Prepare boxes, labels, and packaging for shipments
- Ship devices to users via FedEx
- Assist with basic hardware prep and troubleshooting
- Maintain accurate documentation and a clean workspace
Requirements Required
- Basic IT knowledge or hands-on technical experience
- Comfort using laptops, labels, and simple tools
- Ability to follow step-by-step documented procedures
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be able to work onsite M/T/F and lift boxes of laptops
Experience in:
- IT support or help desk
- Warehouse technology
