✨ Role Overview:
The Business Systems Analyst will support analytical initiatives within the Data Operations & Technology team. This role involves gathering and documenting business requirements, validating needs, and ensuring accurate representation of stakeholders for CHIA’s APCD and Case Mix projects and other related initiatives.
You will also translate business needs into system/application requirements, help develop functional specs, manage requirement changes, identify risks, and support feasibility studies and implementations.
🔑 Required Skills & Experience:
✔ Experience working with financial documents (audited financial statements, financial analysis, etc.)
✔ Strong understanding of healthcare financing concepts
✔ Knowledge of the healthcare provider sector
✔ Hands-on experience with business requirements, functional specs, and system analysis
✔ Strong analytical ability with Excel, Tableau, charts/graphs, and data visualization
✔ Excellent communication, attention to detail & collaboration skills
✔ Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
