Job Title: .NET Developer (API & Azure Cloud)
Location: Cincinnati Ohio (Onsite)
Contact: 12 month contract || W2 only
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled .NET Developer with strong experience in API development and Microsoft Azure Cloud to support a federal banking client in Ohio. The ideal candidate will work on secure, scalable, and high-performance applications that meet banking and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET / .NET Core
- Build and consume RESTful APIs for enterprise-level systems
- Develop cloud-native solutions using Microsoft Azure services
- Integrate applications with databases and third-party systems
- Ensure application security, performance, and compliance with banking regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and production support
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience with C#, .NET Core / .NET 6
- Hands-on experience in REST API development
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Azure, including:
- Experience with SQL Server or other relational databases
- Understanding of authentication and authorization (OAuth, JWT, Azure AD)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Knowledge of secure coding standards (preferred in banking environments)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in banking or Loan financial services domains
- Exposure to microservices architecture
- Familiarity with Docker / Kubernetes (AKS)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
