Mid-Level Associate – Securities Litigation, White Plains, NY

Saxena White P.A. is a prominent woman and minority-owned national law firm specializing in plaintiffs’ securities, corporate governance, and stockholder rights litigation. The firm represents institutional investors in high-stakes class action, derivative, and direct-action litigation in federal and state courts across the country. The firm, which is headquartered in Boca Raton, seeks mid-level associates to work in our New York office.

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of three years of experience litigating securities or shareholder cases, (or complex litigation) including significant experience with discovery, Rule 23 and motion practice. Candidates must be admitted to practice in New York and possess excellent analytical capabilities, superior research and writing skills, an ability to work in teams, and a strong academic background. The firm is looking for highly motivated individuals interested in opportunities for career advancement. Previous trial experience may satisfy practice area experience requirements.  Federal prosecutors are encouraged to apply.

Salary Range: $150,000 to $200,000
