Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and versatile Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of technical skills and experience in facilities maintenance, ensuring that residential and commercial properties are well-maintained and functional. Duties
- Perform general maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry repairs.
- Carry out residential projects to enhance the aesthetic appeal of properties.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition, ensuring safety standards are met.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and needs promptly.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking maintenance activities and job details.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance with a strong mechanical knowledge base.
- Proficiency in electrical systems, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance person tasks.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Familiarity with using an ohmmeter and other diagnostic tools for troubleshooting electrical issues.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed.
