Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings, including water supply lines, drain systems, and fixtures
- Conduct plumbing inspections using cameras and other diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately
- Perform drain cleaning using specialized equipment to clear blockages efficiently
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to ensure precise installation and repairs
- Operate power tools, hand tools, pipe threading machines, and welding equipment safely and effectively
- Adhere to all local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards during every project
- Assist with remodeling projects by assembling plumbing components and ensuring seamless integration into existing structures
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about work performed and recommended solutions
- Maintain a clean work environment, manage heavy lifting tasks safely, and ensure proper use of company vehicles for job site travel
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction plumbing with a strong background in residential and commercial projects
- Proficiency in welding, pipe threading, plumbing inspection cameras, and the use of hand tools and power tools
- Knowledge of water systems maintenance, plumbing system repair techniques, and construction site safety protocols
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics accurately
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations governing plumbing installations
- Mechanical aptitude with a solid understanding of plumbing components and troubleshooting methods
- Experience with remodeling projects or handyman tasks is a plus
- Valid driver’s license with experience operating company vehicles safely for commercial driving purposes
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting tasks regularly while maintaining safety standards
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and material estimations
