- Perform basic store maintenance and other required activities to keep store immaculate, safe and inviting
Qualifications
- 3 years in RETAIL sales a must
- Experience in jewelry sales or luxury retail sales is preferred but not required
- An interest in fine jewelry and gemstones is a must
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries
- Embrace longstanding relationships built over 4 generations with our guests.
- Ability to successfully complete assigned tasks from start to finish
- Must be proficient in POS Systems and have basic math and computer skills
- Ability to learn and retain product information
- Willing to further education in product knowledge through in-store training and workshops
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Must have a positive attitude, be self-motivated and ambitious
- Must work well in a team environment
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
