Position Overview
We’re looking for a reliable, organized, and tech-savvy Office Manager to help run the day-to-day office operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with computers, helping customers, and being a key part of a growing business.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service
- Schedule appointments and manage technician calendars
- Handle customer accounts, payments, and invoicing
- Use computer software and office systems efficiently
- Communicate with technicians and management
- Maintain organized records and paperwork
- Assist with general office and administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Strong computer skills (comfortable learning new software)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous office or administrative experience preferred (but not required)
