Family Medicine Physician
Sawtooth Mountain Clinic is actively searching for a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician. Join an excellent team of primary care providers on the beautiful north shore of Lake Superior. We provide comprehensive primary care services from newborn to elder care, including pre and postnatal care, to residents and visitors of Cook County, MN with our main campus in Grand Marais and satellite clinic in Tofte. We also provide regular physician services on the Grand Portage Reservation through a partnership with Grand Portage Health Services. Sawtooth Mountain Clinic is a Federally Qualified Community Health Center (FQHC), a certified Health Care Home, and a National Health Service Corps Loan Repayment Program site.
About Us:
• TEAM-BASED CARE
o Enjoy the advantages of working on a supportive team with others who have a passion for patient-centered community health
o Team-based outpatient clinical practice includes 5 Family Medicine Physicians with 3 Advanced Practice Nurses, Integrated Behavioral Health, and visiting specialties
o On-site Triage and Chronic Disease Management support
o Call assigned on an equal and rotating schedule
o No RVU or productivity requirements

o Providers receive 7 weeks of Vacation and 1 week of Education Leave each year
