Sawtooth Concepts is looking to hire a Cabinet Maker. If hired, you would be responsible to assemble, finish, and install custom cabinetry and will be working for Sawtooth Concepts producing cabinetry and millwork for residential and commercial projects.

This is a full-time position 7:00am-4:30pm (Mon-Fri) with some opportunity for overtime. We provide excellent benefits such as Paid Time Off, Holiday Pay, and Medical/Vision/Dental benefits as well as competitive wages.
What You Will Do:
- Trim component parts of joints to ensure snug fit using hand tools such as planes, chisels, or wood files
- Assemble cabinet parts with glue, nails, or other fasteners and fit, and clamp parts and subassemblies together to form units
- Sand and scrape surfaces and joints to prepare components for finishing
- Install hardware such as hinges, catches, and drawer pulls
- Restock parts and hardware, unload, sort, and put away materials in the shop
- Clean and maintain shop work areas, including machinery and tools, to ensure a safe working environment
- Travel to installation sites and perform Installation of cabinetry
- Perform all other assigned tasks and requirements as needed
We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 - 3 years of related work experience
- Finished wood product experience a plus
- Ability to obtain a forklift certification a plus
- Strong working knowledge of tools & equipment common in a cabinet shop, such as: power/hand tools, sanders, pneumatic fasteners, routers, saws, joiners, edge bander, etc.)
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to ascend and descend stairs, step stools, ladders, scaffolding, platform ladders, or mechanically elevated devices
- Ability to lift and move up to 100lbs. safely throughout the facility repeatedly
- Ability to frequently stand, bend, squat, walk, reach above shoulder level, perform repetitive manual dexterity, have both arms and legs accessible and occasionally, sit, and crawl
