Sawtooth Brewery is a vibrant brewery located in the Heart of Idaho's mountains, specifically in the Sun Valley Ski Resort area. With a production brewery and tap room in Hailey, along with a restaurant in Ketchum and multiple food trucks, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional food and craft beer experiences.
We are looking for cooks to work in Hailey. We open at 4pm on weekdays and noon on weekends. Tasks will include prep, pantry, and line cook.
The ability to drive a 29ft trailer would be a bonus!
Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Line Cook to join our culinary team at Sawtooth Brewery. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals that complement our craft beer offerings, ensuring that every dish meets our standards for excellence.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure food safety and sanitation practices are followed at all times.
- Assist in meal preparation and presentation to maintain quality and consistency.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and work areas, including proper storage of food items.
Requirements
- No Experience nessecary, we will train the right person. Pay based on experience.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork skills and a positive attitude towards collaboration.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
