Director of Outside Sales
Duluth, MN | Full time | $45K base commission
You run our sales. You're in the field, not behind a desk — walking properties, sizing up work, and writing bids that win. You drive revenue today and build new revenue streams for tomorrow.
Responsibilities
-Run the sales org and set the pace for growth
-Get in the field, meet customers, and close bids
-Hit revenue targets and build new revenue streams
-Run everything through Jobber, our main CRM
-Manage marketing spend and track what's working
-Measure leads, conversion, and growth
-Log expenses and stay organized
What We're Looking For
-Proven sales experience and a track record of closing
-High energy, real enthusiasm, and a drive to scale Clear, confident communicator — you'll talk to homeowners and neighbors daily
-Comfortable in Jobber, or quick to learn it
-No tree experience required — we'll train you on species and the work
Compensation
$45,000 base salary plus commission.
