Cleanroom Operator/Technician
Job Summary:
Responsibilities include basic operation of equipment associated with backend semiconductor wafer production operations, including wafer dicing, pick and place and inspection. (Please note process for application at the end of this job description.)
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Incoming inspection
- Wafer mounting
- Operation of automated equipment, including set up, calibration & maintenance
- Inspection and tracking of parts
- Maintain detailed records such as travelers & enter data into database
- Maintain the work area and equipment in clean and orderly condition
- Report defective material or questionable conditions to supervisor
Desired Skills & Experience
- Strong computer skills
- Must be able to follow detailed instructions.
- Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to handle and inspect small and delicate components.
- Must prioritize, work well under pressure, and focus on work in midst of noise.
- Must wear appropriate cleanroom attire
- Previous cleanroom experience a plus.
Qualifications
- High school diploma / GED or equivalent required.
- Must be able to read and write in English.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
