What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Driver's License A Truck Driver position at Sawmill Transport?

Sawmill Transport is a family owned business based in southern Lancaster county and we’re hiring! Looking for a few experienced OTR/regional flatbed/Stepdeck drivers to join our team!
- Experience in truck driving with valid CDL A license-
-Expierence in 13 18 speed transmissions-
-Proficiency in operating flatbed and step-decks with some tarping-
-Proficiency in strapping and chaining general freight and equipment to DOT standards-
-Ability to load and unload freight safely using forklifts or other equipment as needed -
-Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and customers.-
-Must be willing to learn to operate different equipment for loading/unloading purposes-
-Experience in Over dimension loads is not necessary but is a plus-
Pay is percentage, based on experience.
