Sawhorse is seeking a seasoned and solutions-oriented Freelance Interactive Producer to join our growing Interactive team. This role is central to managing creative and technical production across immersive and gamified experiences, particularly on UGC platforms like Roblox.

The ideal candidate is a proactive multitasker with excellent client-facing skills, deep familiarity with interactive production pipelines, and a proven track record shipping high-quality, engaging experiences.

• Production Leadership: Own end-to-end delivery of interactive experiences, from kickoff through launch - ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met with precision.
• Client Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communications, presenting key milestones, and ensuring expectations are aligned and exceeded.
• Platform-Specific Experience: Produce at least one experience on Roblox or similar platforms, understanding the unique creative, technical, and community dynamics.
• Cross-Functional Team Management: Coordinate designers, developers, QA, and freelance talent across disciplines to maintain creative consistency and technical quality.
• Scheduling & Budgeting: Build detailed project plans and resource schedules while tracking budgets, scope, and risks throughout the lifecycle.
• Problem Solving: Navigate shifting client needs and production hiccups with confidence, calm, and a solution first attitude.
• Creative Execution Support: Collaborate closely with creative leads and developers to support ideation, prototyping, and iteration on interactive concepts.

A strong candidate for this position should have the following qualities:

• Experience: 3 years in interactive production, gaming, or digital experience delivery.
• Roblox Experience: Proven experience producing and launching projects on Roblox.
• Client-Facing Expertise: Strong interpersonal skills with comfort leading client calls, managing expectations, and communicating across stakeholder groups.
• Production Fluency: Deep understanding of pipelines, timelines, and constraints for real-time interactive content.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to speak the languages of both creative and technical teams.
• Proactive Mindset: Ability to anticipate project needs and keep momentum moving forward independently and collaboratively.

• Familiarity with Fortnite Creative, Unity, or UEFN.
• Basic understanding of GDDs (Game Design Documents) and prototyping workflows.
• Experience working with branded content or IP-driven activations.
• A passion for digital storytelling, UGC ecosystems, and immersive worldbuilding.

This is a Freelance position with a weekly rate of $2,500 (5 days Monday-Friday)
