Job Overview
We are seeking a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to support two Adult Day Care Programs in the Seattle area. This is a contract-to-permanent role, ideal for professionals interested in transitioning into a permanent position after a 13-week assignment.
The LMSW will provide direct social work services for adult and geriatric participants, including assessments, care planning, counseling, and community support. The role also involves occasional home visits (paid travel time with mileage reimbursement).
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive social work assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Provide one-on-one and group counseling to adult and geriatric participants.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to address medical, emotional, and social needs.
- Assist participants with financial, community, and care resources.
- Perform occasional home visits (within Seattle metro area).
- Document care using EPIC (preferred).
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW).
- Licensure: Must hold one of the following WA licenses (temporary accepted):
- LICSW
- LSWAIC
- LASW
- Certifications: BLS required.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience with the geriatric population.
- Strong knowledge of care planning, counseling, and resource coordination.

Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour
