Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical Surgical (Med Surg) to join our healthcare team in Montana. The RN will provide direct patient care, monitor patient progress, and collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to deliver safe and effective nursing care. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and individualized nursing care to patients on the Med Surg unit.
- Assess patient conditions, document symptoms, and administer prescribed medications and treatments.
- Monitor and record vital signs, IV therapy, and treatment responses.
- Coordinate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to implement patient care plans.
- Provide patient and family education on treatment, recovery, and discharge instructions.
- Support post-operative and chronic care patients with clinical expertise and compassion.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations.
- Uphold patient safety, infection control, and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Montana (or compact state eligibility).
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program (ADN/BSN required).
- BLS certification (ACLS preferred).
- Previous Med Surg nursing experience strongly preferred (new graduates may be considered).

Pay: $2,450.00 - $2,500.00 per week
