Customer Service Representative
Sawgrass Ford is hiring a motivated individual ready to jumpstart their career at our state-of-the-art facility.
The body shop customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison to provide service information and repair updates to customers and resolve any emerging problems that our customer or insurance accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
Having a pleasant personality while offering the highest level of customer service is essential for success in this position.
Position is full time with a set schedule:
Monday to Friday 8:00 Am to 5:00 Pm with a 1-hour lunch
- Candidate must be punctual and reliable

CSR Duties include but are not limited to:
- Greet, welcome and direct guests appropriately
- Answer, screen and forward incoming calls efficiently and with a professional demeanor
- Provide accurate information in person and via phone
- Accurately input data into company database
- Call customers and communicate all updates regarding their vehicle repair status
- Flag technicians and assist with payroll tasks (training will be provided)
- Communicate with advisor frequently and assist advisor with tasks
- Perform other clerical and administrative duties as pertaining to role
- Professionally liaise with the Insurance Companies and Vendors coming to the shop.
Job Requirements
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Proven customer support experience with strong attention to detail
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Body Shop experience is a plus but not required
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Positive attitude
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Valid driver's license with Clean driving record
- Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen
