Collision Center Estimator
Sawgrass Ford is hiring an experienced, positive and hardworking individual to join our award-winning team!
The Collision Center Estimator is responsible for assessing vehicle damages and writing a complete and thorough estimate of repairs. Communicating with the customer and the team is essential for safe repairs and ensuring timely delivery of repaired vehicle to customers.

Position is full time with a set schedule:
Monday 8:00 Am to 5:00 Pm and one Saturday per month.

Estimator Duties include but are not limited to:
- Use Profit Net and CCC One estimation software on a daily basis
- Work with DRP’s, foster and maintain a good working relationship
- Be proactive and responsive with Supplements and Parts Orders
- Review estimates completely to ensure accuracy and timely completion
- Wear all proper safety and personal protective equipment every day and without fail
- Comply with laws and regulations regarding repairs, paint and other hazards
- Communicate with CSR and Facility Manager throughout repair process
- Answer customer and insurance inquiries efficiently and with a professional demeanor
- Provide knowledgeable and accurate information in person and via phone
- Perform other clerical and administrative duties as pertaining to role
- Provide excellent customer service to all Sawgrass Ford guests
- Professionally liaise with all Insurance Companies and Vendors coming to the shop.
Job Requirements
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Knowledge of estimating software- Profit Net and CCC One preferred
- Thorough knowledge of auto body repair and safety SPECS
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Positive attitude
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- 2 years of Estimating experience
- Various certifications with ASE and ICAR preferred
- Valid driver's license with Clean driving record
- Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen
