Sawgrass Country Club, situated in the scenic community of Ponte Vedra, FL, is renowned for our exceptional amenities and dedication to member satisfaction. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Swim Lesson Instructor to provide high-quality swim instruction to our members of all ages.
1099 Swim Instructor $56-70/hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct swim lessons for various age groups and skill levels
- Ensure the safety of all participants during lessons
- Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to help students improve
- Develop individualized lesson plans to meet each swimmer's needs
- Maintain a positive and engaging learning environment
Qualifications:
- Certified Swim Instructor (WSI or equivalent)
- Lifeguard certification preferred (not required)
- Strong swimming skills and teaching experience
- Ability to communicate effectively with students and parents
- Passionate about teaching and working with all age groups
