We’re looking for someone dependable who takes pride in their work and doesn’t need to be babysat.

This is not a “clock in and coast” position. You’ll be responsible for maintaining a property to a high standard, both outside and inside. If you care about doing things right and want a stable, long-term role, keep reading.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Keeping exterior grounds clean, presentable, and maintained daily (trash pickup, light landscaping, detail work)
• Cleaning and maintaining interior common areas to a consistent, high standard
• Noticing issues before they become problems and communicating them
• Working independently and staying on task without constant direction
  
  
  

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Consistent, year-round work

Requirements

• Reliable transportation (required)
• Ability to pass a background check
