Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Prep Cook position based in Maple Grove, MN. The Prep Cook will assist in daily food preparation tasks, including basic cooking, ingredient prepping, and following recipes. Responsibilities include ensuring the kitchen operates efficiently, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards, and supporting the team with maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Collaboration with team members is essential to deliver high-quality dishes to our patrons.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Food Preparation and Cooking
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage industry practices
- Strong Communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
- Attention to detail and commitment to food safety standards
- Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is a plus
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
