Job Overview
We are a small family business that manufactures band saw blades since 2006. We are looking for someone that is diverse, organized, reliable, and wants to help us grow as a company. With having a small staff, we want someone that is willing to work in multiple areas and assist where needed in the office.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
· Answering incoming calls for orders or questions about products
· Taking orders from calls and emails
· Making customer check in calls
· Cold calling
· Assisting with ecommerce stores and social media
Skills and Experience
· 2 years of customer support and sales rep
· Ability to be organized and accurate
Bonus skills:
· Knowledge of ecommerce stores such as eBay, Amazon and/or WooCommerce
· Graphic design
· QuickBooks/ CRM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No nights
- No weekends
