Your Role on the Counter Team
This is not an entry-level position. If you’ve worked in equipment rental or contractor supply and are comfortable supporting job site professionals, we want to talk to you.
You’ll be the go-to resource for contractors—helping them find what they need, answering questions, and keeping operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist a steady flow of contractors and repeat customers—in person and by phone
- Recommend equipment, parts, and services with confidence
- Process invoices, quotes, and orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain an organized and well-stocked counter and showroom
- Coordinate with service technicians and warehouse staff
- Track inventory and assist with ordering as needed
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Qualifications:
- Experience in construction equipment sales, rental, or contractor supply
- Strong product knowledge (concrete cutting, core drilling, hydraulic tools is a big plus)
- Comfortable working with Spanish-speaking customers (bilingual is a big plus in this market)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Basic computer skills (POS systems, inventory software, email)
- Reliable and team-oriented attitude, proactive
