You will play a crucial role in creating a nurturing atmosphere where individuals can develop essential life skills, foster meaningful connections, and achieve personal goals.Responsibilities:Supervise a group of individuals involved in Adult Day Services.Provide direct care and support to individuals.Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, and medication administration.Foster a positive and inclusive environment.Plan engaging activities.Implement individualized care plans and behavior support plans.Collaborate with a team of DSPs, supervisors, and other staff members.Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided.Plan and participate in community outings.Qualifications:High School diploma or GED.Ability to work independently and take initiative.Ability to work cooperatively and communicate effectively with others.Must have and maintain a valid drivers license and driving record that meets the underwriting criteria of the agencys insurance company.Must have reliable transportation with the ability to arrive to work on time every day.Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.Obtain/maintain CPR/First Aid certification.Experience working with the DD population is a plus.Benefits Offered:$1,200 signing bonusRetention bonuses during 90-day introductory periodIncrease after 90 daysMedicalDentalVisionCompany sponsored Life InsurancePaid Time Off403-B w/3% matchPaid CPR/First Aid, medication administration, and DODD trainingSchedule:Monday through Friday, 7:15 a.m. - 2:45 p.m.
