SavvyMoney is hiring for the position of Customer Support Specialist 1. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy and have a love and passion for providing the best customer service experience. In this position, you will interact with SavvyMoney users and financial institutions to help them understand the program, resolve their issues, and promote financial and credit literacy. Your day-to-day work will involve solving problems, collaborating to fix issues, and representing SavvyMoney to our users and partners with exceptional enthusiasm and commitment.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage daily registration support requests with timely responses and resolutions.
- Collaborate with partnership, product, and tech teams to identify issues and fixes.
- Track customer support SLA and make recommendations for process improvements.
Required Skills and Experience
- 2 years experience in email and phone-based customer support in technology-driven products (required).
- Prior experience doing customer support in a startup or fintech is preferred.
- Credit score knowledge/background is preferred.
- Knowledge and experience with Salesforce platform applications or other similar ticketing platforms.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills that exhibit empathy and generate confidence and trust.
- Hybrid position as office hours will be required but some remote work will be possible.
- Remote candidates will be considered depending on qualifications
- College degree is a plus but not required.
Compensation
- $26.00 - $30.00/hourly depending on experience. This is a non-exempt position.
