- Own the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, performance management support, and HR compliance
- Administer and optimize employee benefits programs (health insurance, 401(k), and perks) and serve as the main point of contact for employee questions
- Manage HRIS systems (ADP), employee records, and people analytics to support headcount planning and organizational decisions
- Design and execute team events, off-sites, and culture-building initiatives to drive engagement and retention
- Oversee daily office operations including facilities, vendors, supplies, and office-related budget management
- Support recruiting efforts by ensuring a smooth and positive candidate and new hire experience
- 5 years of experience in People Operations or HR, preferably in a startup or fast-paced tech/fintech environment (20-100 employees ideal)
- Proven experience with benefits administration, HR compliance, and HRIS platforms (ADP preferred)
- Experience building and scaling people processes and systems from scratch in a high-growth setting
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Strong judgment and discretion when handling confidential employee matters
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage both HR responsibilities and workplace experience initiatives
