Schedule: Primarily between 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented cleaners to join our growing luxury vacation rental cleaning team. This is not basic house cleaning — we are looking for individuals who understand guest expectations in high-end short-term rentals and can help create a spotless, welcoming experience for every stay.
Ideal candidates are dependable, efficient, coachable, and able to work independently or as part of a small team. We value professionalism, communication, attention to detail, and pride in your work.
Responsibilities
- Perform detailed turnover cleaning for luxury vacation rentals
- Reset and stage properties to guest-ready standards
- Set amenities and restock essentials
- Report damages, missing items, maintenance concerns, or unusual conditions immediately
- Perform light maintenance tasks such as:
- Replacing light bulbs
- Changing smoke detector batteries
- Minor troubleshooting or touch-ups
- Take direction well and follow cleaning checklists and standards
- Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality results
- Communicate clearly and professionally with management and teammates
- Work independently or alongside a team of 2–3 cleaners
- Maintain awareness of guest expectations and presentation standards
Requirements
- Previous residential, hotel, Airbnb, or vacation rental cleaning experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality
- Ability to notice small details that impact guest experience
- Must provide your own basic cleaning supplies/equipment
- Must be dependable, trustworthy, and punctual
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with time-sensitive turnovers
- Ability to lift, bend, stand, and move throughout shifts
