Office Manager – Full-Time
Location: Worcester, MA | Pay: $27- $28/HR
Hours: 6AM- 2PM
Savvy Staffing Solutions is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Office Manager to support the smooth day-to-day operations of our busy office. This dynamic role blends HR support, and general office coordination—ideal for someone who enjoys variety and takes initiative.
What You'll Do
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist with basic reporting
HR & Payroll Support
- Keep employee files organized and up to date
- Support weekly payroll processing
- Help employees with benefit questions and coordinate with providers (e.g., BCBS, Redwing)
- Communicate with state agencies (e.g., Mass Unemployment, Child Support)
Office Support
- Answer a light volume of calls (approx. 5/day) and greet visitors
- Receive/distribute mail and packages
- Coordinate monthly team lunches and occasional outings
Safety & Purchasing
- Lead the shop’s safety program and maintain MSDS records
- Oversee PPE inventory and handle basic supply purchases
