We are currently hiring reliable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Inspectors / Production Support Associates for a growing manufacturing environment. These are immediate openings with automatic starts available — no interview process required for qualified candidates.
Available Shifts & Pay
Shift A
Monday – Thursday | 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Pay: $22.09/hour
Shift B
Monday – Thursday | 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Pay: $25.40/hour
Weekend Shift B
Friday – Sunday | 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Pay: $24.29/hour
Shift C
Friday – Sunday | 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Pay: $27.61/hour
Responsibilities
- Complete visual inspections of products according to sorting requirements
- Identify defects and ensure quality standards are met
- Communicate effectively with the Sort Leader and team members
- Follow written and verbal work instructions
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Experience & Skills
- 1 year of manufacturing, distribution, receiving, or production support experience
- Medical device manufacturing experience is a plus
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
- Basic math and arithmetic skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Team-oriented mindset with reliable attendance and accuracy
Physical Requirements
- Strong visual inspection ability (corrective lenses acceptable)
- Ability to work on-site in a manufacturing environment

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
